Les réseaux interbancaires, qui assurent les échanges de fonds entre les banques, seront fermés le jeudi 1er janvier 2026.

Il n'y aura, par conséquent, pas de versement ce jour. La réconciliation financière sera, elle, bien produite. Les versements reprendront le vendredi 2 janvier 2026.

The interbank networks, facilitating fund exchanges between banks, will be closed on Thursday, 1st of January 2026.

Consequently, there will be no settlement performed on this day. Financial reconciliation will still be produced. Settlements will resume on Friday, 2nd of January 2026.

Le retard des transactions est dû à problème de synchronisation entre deux bases. Un correctif a été mis en place par nos équipes techniques ce qui a permis un rétablissement hier soir à 22h. Des ralentissements sont observés depuis ce matin. Nos équipes techniques continuent d’investiguer.
Afin d’éviter tout surincident, les fichiers de virements n’ont pas été lancés hier. Par conséquent, les reversements initialement prévus aujourd’hui seront effectués demain.
Nous travaillons à rétablir le service dès que possible.

The delay in transactions is due to a synchronisation issue between two databases. A fix was implemented by our technical teams, which allowed service to be restored yesterday at 10:00pm. Slowdowns have been observed since this morning, and our technical teams continue to investigate.
To avoid any further incident, the transfer files were not executed yesterday. As a result, the reimbursements originally scheduled for today will be carried out tomorrow.
We are working to restore the service as soon as possible.

Aucun impact transactionnel n'est identifié, sauf si votre workflow utilise le getTransaction.
L'incident est en cours d'analyse.
